I had a Superior King Room with beach club access. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with lake views. Super clean with all the amenities like a coffee machine, minibar, and flat-screen TV. The fitness center was awesome, and the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was fresh with tons of choices.

The restaurant's live music was excessively loud and disrupted any conversation.

The noise level from the live music in the hotel’s restaurant was unbearable, making it hard to have any conversation or relax in the room. I also encountered maintenance issues with the shower. it was missing a silicon piece causing a mess after each use. Moreover, the location feels slightly off the beaten path, requiring a longer trek to reach the metro, which might not sit well with everyone.

During our stay, we enjoyed a fantastic beach brunch that celebrated the timeless hits of pop and RnB. The rooms were spacious, perfect for families like ours.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available in the hotel.

Overall, a memorable visit with just a few areas for improvement.
